Hey engineers, we at Storewise have built something special for hiring tech talent. It's a SCalable Online Operated Technical Engineering Recruitment platform aka Scooter. It's not just another hiring tool; it's a smart way to find and hire the best engineers out there.

Scooter's Tech: Simple Yet Powerful

Scooter is all about using the right tech to get the job done. We've got websockets for live, two-way interactions during the hiring process. Real-time coding tests? Smooth and instant, just like chatting with your team.

We use YJs to create custom data-structures for capturing various signals behind the scenes to additionally highlight the candidate's technical prowess. This alongside a robust platform is the secret sauce behind Scooter.

Scooter runs on a React frontend, which means everything feels quick and responsive. We use FastAPI for the backend because it's flexible and great at handling concurrency because of its async paradigm. For managing data, we've got PostgreSQL and Redis.
